Empower U delivers Biopsychosocial Needs Assessments, Intensive In-Community (IIC) clinical services, Behavioral Assistance (BA), and parent coaching — short-term, solution-focused support for youth under 21 through the NJ Children's System of Care (CSOC) and PerformCare. Parent coaching includes parent education, ARC-Grow, and Nurtured Heart Approach-based clinical services.
