## About

Empower U was founded by Dr. Marlon W. Gray with the mission "With Purpose, On Purpose." Since 2015, Empower U has served over 15,000 children and families through 500+ licensed professionals. The organization empowers community resource providers through intensive training, development, and continuing education — so they can empower the children and families they serve.

## Services

- **ABA Therapy**: Evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Includes comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment plans, data-driven progress tracking, and BCBA-supervised care.
- **Outpatient Counseling**: Individual, family, and group therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, autism, family conflict, grief, life transitions, stress, relationship issues, parenting, and LGBTQ+ support. Available virtually and in-person.
- **Respite Care**: Essential relief for caregivers while providing children with opportunities for social interaction and skill development.
- **In-Home Services**: NJ Children's System of Care behavioral assistance and intensive in-community services delivered in the child's natural environment.
- **Occupational Therapy**: Fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills therapy.

- **School-Based Services**: On-site and hybrid clinical services for public schools and districts, including behavioral health support, professional development for educators, parent/caregiver education, telehealth platforms, care management, and program design/compliance.
